- Tap Enable location & start to request location immediately. Tracking starts after the first fix. Pause and resume create separate segments.
- If no prompt appears, permission may already be granted or blocked. Use the Location permission help shown on failure to enable phone and browser location permissions, then retry. HTTP Wi-Fi addresses cannot request GPS; open HTTPS directly in Safari or Chrome.
- GPS points persist in this browser's IndexedDB, with timestamps and accuracy.
- Fixes over 30 m accuracy and movement under 3 m are filtered. Estimated steps use a 0.75 m stride.
- Distance, moving time and average speed exclude gaps between segments.
- Export GeoJSON, GPX 1.1 or a FHIR R4 collection Bundle containing the GeoJSON as a base64 Binary attachment.

- The FHIR export is a portable attachment, not a clinical profile or automatic OHS import. Receiving apps need attachment support.
- Keep this page open and the screen on. GPS requires HTTPS or localhost. Background tracking is not guaranteed.
- Install on iPhone/iPad: open in Safari, Share, Add to Home Screen, enable Open as Web App if shown, then Add.
- Install on Android: open in Chrome, the three-dot menu, Install and create shortcut then Install (or Install app / Add to Home screen), then confirm.
- Open once online to prepare offline startup. Saved trails and exports work offline; new map tiles need internet. Installation does not enable background GPS tracking.
- Browser and home-screen storage may differ: export existing trails before switching.

- No track upload. OpenStreetMap receives map tile requests for the viewed area.
- Clearing browser data deletes local trails. Export a backup before clearing.
